1 That the petitioner has not given a full financial statement and disclosure of employment and current and future earning capacity.
2 That the petitioner is in a relationship and will soon cohabit.
3 That the petitioner has overstated needs with respect to re-housing costs.
4 That the petitioner is not working sufficiently to maximise income and avail herself of all available state benefits and tax credits.
5 How the proceeds of sale of the former matrimonial home should be divided between the parties.
6 How the other assets of the marriage, including shares and endowment policies should be divided between the parties.
7 To what extent if any there should be a pension sharing order in favour of the Petitioner with respect to the Respondents pensions.
8 Whether there should there be periodical payments payable to the Petitioner by the Respondent and if so the amount payable and the duration.
