Applying For A Divorce - Form D8

To apply for divorce you can use the governments online application form or you can complete a paper form called a D8.
You submit it to one fo the regional divorce centres with a court fee of £550.

Use this form to give details about your partner's adultery in support of your application to legally end or seperate from your marriage or civil partnership. Apply using this form for help with court fees or tribunal fees. You can fill out this form either using the goverments online application form or complete a paper form. To be eligible for help with fees you will usually have less than £3,000 in savings and investments and be receiving certain benefits or be on a low income.
