OnlyDads operates with two core beliefs that influence and guide us in all the work we do:
A committment to putting children first. We are not a "Father's Rights" based organisation. We are different from other fathers' groups in that we do not actively campaign on issues such as the presumption of shared residency orders. Rather we work to support and encourage lone fathers (often in difficult circumstances) to put the welfare of their children before everything else.
A belief that our organisation should constantly evolve in response to the changing nature of today's family structures. We are an open organisation and welcome all suggestions for improving the work we do.
