If I choose to join a group, what can I expect?
Our aim is to provide a confidential environment for you to discuss how you feel about your separation and share experiences. A place to grieve, to think and to feel supported.

If I choose to have individual sessions what can I expect?
We provide one-to-one support, allowing you to discuss anything that is worrying you or causing you distress. You can come for a single session, or several, and you can choose to join a group at any point if you think that would be right for you.

I am occupying too much of my friends time talking about my divorce.
Often people feel that they are burdening their friends and family by talking too much and too often about their separation. In a group you have a safe place to talk with others who are happy to listen.

I feel like I am falling through a chasm.
When you separate it is hard to see that there will ever be a time when you will feel better. In a group you will feel less alone and isolated, and begin to understand that you will not feel like this forever.

I still feel very hurt and unable to move on.
It is hard to underestimate the pain and grief that comes with separation. Even though you separated many months or even years ago, you may not have been able to let go. The group can help you feel more independent and in control of your future.

How will we manage to share the children?
Everybody's instinct is to protect their children from pain and conflict. The group will address your anxieties about your children and help you come to terms with the changes in your family.

How will I adjust to a new lifestyle?
Our aim is to enable you to look forward. Divorce may be an end but it can also be a new beginning.

How much does it cost?
Please see our costs page for details.
