Join a Group
We run small support groups to help you deal with the emotional impact of separation.
The groups run for 10 weeks but not during the school holidays. New groups are formed regularly
and once formed meet on the same day and at the same time each week for one and a half hours.
Come for an Individual session
Come and talk to one of our trained counsellors.
Arrange telephone support
You may prefer a telephone consultation if you live too far from the current venues for groups.
