Martini
Named after its inventor, Martini de Anna de Toggia, this remains a classic cocktail.
Serves 1
4 - 6 cracked ice cubes
3 measures gin
1 tsp dry vermouth, or to taste
cocktail olive, to decorate
1. Put the cracked ice cubes into a mixing glass
2. Pour the gin and vermouth over the ice and stir well to mix
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and decorate with cocktail olive
