I'm going to get a solicitor - not because I want to fight with my wife, I don't - but because there are complicated things to work out.
I'm the one who has been saving for retirement - for both of us, you know. I'll have to share those savings with her and I want to be fair but I have to look out for myself at the same time. A solicitor can tell me the options and what I must do.
