What would be a fair settlement was created by Inthemix20

I would really appreciate some advise on what would be a fair settlement in this case.

Your respective ages; W43 H 38

The number of children you have and their ages; 2 kids 10 and 13

How many nights the children spend with each parent; 2 nights with husband, 5 nights with wife

The length of your marriage and any period of pre marriage cohabitation; 12 years marriage and 3 years cohabitation.

Your respective incomes; wife 27k husband 62k

Your assets - both soley held and joint; wife 13k savings husband 6k. Jointly £2300 husband had company car and free fuel. and wife has car worth 6k.

Pensions wife CETV 41k; husband CETV £163k. Wife was a stay at home mum for 6vyears hence lower salary and pension pot.

Your liabilities. No credit cards but Wife has student loans of 10k which are currently in defferement due income.

FMH 169k remaining on mortgage equity between 130-150k.

Wife wants to remain in FMH, husband wants sale of FMH, to keep his entire pension and a proportion equity from house, basically 50%split of capital assets.

Any advice or thoughts on this would be very much appreciated..
