When you receive divorce papers it is very important that you do not ignore them - you must get some advice and then submit a response promptly (preferably within 7 days).

If you do not respond quickly - and in the correct way - then you could end up being ordered by the court to pay your spouses solicitor fees of around £1000 to £1500.

What are the benefits of using this service?

This professional and high quality service provides a great solution for people who are worried about the high cost of using solicitors, but are also concerned about making a mistake if they try to submit their own response to the court.

6) Phone advice on Decree Nisi or Decree Absolute stages.

Once you have responded to divorce using this service then there are usually no further actions you need to take. The final two steps of divorce (Application for Decree Nisi and Application for Decree Absolute) are done by the petitioner (your spouse).
