Today would have been my 9th wedding anniversary. You know what I am thinking? I think I'll get myself a good curry from the Indian take away. Tomorrow is my son's birthday. He'll be eight. I am working unfortunately, but that is nothing new really. I have done my best to ensure he has some presents to open. I got him the Lego Marvel Super-heroes game for his Xbox. And a couple of DVDs. Hopefully he'll enjoy them. Anyway.... TO THE CURRY SHOP!!! ;)
Stumpy your son i am sure would have loved to tell you about his presents. You need to sort out that communication issue between ex and you as its not fair you should miss out on at least speaking to him or better still hear him open them while on the phone to you if you can't give him the presents in person.
Toady I did a ten hour shift in work, which was surprisingly quickly over. I did a shopping for my larder, basically lots of food and a bottle of Jack Daniels.
Tonight I had a wee drink and avoided Eurovision.
Tomorrow I am working anyway, 2 til 12 midnight. Hey ho.
I had thought that the ex might text to say what my son thought of his presents.... Guess that was too much to ask for.
Happy non- anniversary. Next step, don't even think of it. I just had a big anniversary and it didn't bother me as much as the one before. Wouldn't mind a curry though! Have a good evening x
