Renewed vigour

E Updated
Been a while.. Tomorrow is the date the council have said they will publish the decision on her planning application on "my house".... A tad worried but the council have said they see no reason at all to agree to her proposals especially as it is obvious she can not realise her requests as she does not have any interest in the property legally at all. Fingers tightly crossed! My daughter continues to flourish at UNI. I have been much more open with her about things and she seems to be coping and understanding things. She is buried in her studies (or says she is lol) most of the time and returns good grades consistantly. proud dad! I have some issues as she is spending every penny she earns... holidays, furniture etc etc. I have investments and savings accounts and continue to save.... I may be being nieive thinking she wont get anyting from my interests since separation? Saw her the other day passing in the car.... felt nothing! I have now instructed the sol to apply to the court to get things started and move on asap. Tomorrows decision will mean we can push on whatever.... at last!

Good luck tomorrow Esox. I too fail to understand how she could apply given she has no interest in the property beyond the fact that you're living in it and she'd like you not to be! Fingers crossed for a just outcome then you can move it on. xx

Good luck for tomorrow, still think she shouldn't of even been able to apply for it as you were separated.
Wonder if it would come up in court as it would show what a money grabber she really is. Fingers crossed .
