I had planned to start at 12 noon and finish about 4 p.m. to give everyone the chance of getting there and back in the day.

As to costs ; well, as far as I can see, you pay for whatever meal you order ( you can find a menu on the website listed under events, I don''t know whether it is still current ).

Drinks, that depends on you.
