Went to the running club last night met lots of new people. All there for different reasons. Me I just want to get physically and mentally fitter.

No sore muscles today neither.

Doing homework tomorrow out running again.

Keep the challenges coming in x

Good for you Home Alone

I am determined to get in a run today, even if it''s raining. Boys are with their dad so it''s the perfect time. Used to be a regular runner when training for half marathons, but since the s**t hit the fan, only been out once.

You will get fitter than you think quicker than you think. Have you tried one of the online running diaries, so you can see how far you''ve come - they are a great idea.

Good luck to you and everyone with their new plans.

Well Done Raybird - we have to get out there don''t we?

Well I did my run, only for 20 minutes, but I did it. No rain - sunshine all the way. I even got a beep from a car driving past - don''t know what it was for though?
Perhaps the top I was wearing - showing their support?

Now playing one of my favourite all time CDs - LOUD - as no one is here to tell me to turn it off!!!

Don''t you just like being on your own at times.

xxx

Well done Headknowsheartdoesnt!!!!
Stick at it, you will be amazed at how quickly you will build up to an hour of running.

As for me, I really need to learn how to use a drill. Popped into B&Q to get some pointers but ran out again, sales person made it sound so complicated!:dry:

I know it''s not, so will persevere! :)
