Hi fos and stumpy,
Sounds like we are going through a similar process.
My stbx took over one of my hobbies, gradually turned it into His hobby and then excluded me from it.
I lost a huge group of friends through this and will probably never be able to afford to take it up again on my own.
It still annoys me.
But now its time to move on.

The funny thing is my STBX encouraged me to join the archery club, to make friends etc. Then resented me spending time with them...

Complained I didnt want to do anything she wanted to, not true at all. In fact most of the time I only found out after she had arranged something with her pals and was not invited.

She basically left me at home with the kids and had a great time, thank you very much.

Anyway, I am enjoying my life now. Getting oout and doing things. If it upsets her, well that is her problem. This is what she wanted after all.
