To break the trend, I am not into archery but did love photography and studying, plus socialising. All three things have gone by-the-by since my split. In fact I am contemplating selling my photography kit as I really can''t see the purpose in doing it anymore. I used to fill my life with meaningless crap because I was so bored with my marriage. Now, whilst still traumatised, I don''t need to find other things to do because I need to get on with living my life instead.

Maybe its where people go to learn how to shoot their ex?

Maybe it clears aggression?

Wouldn''t say its particularly aggressive sport.
There is a lot of standing around chatting though, so you do get to meet new people..

I had considered printing out a photo of the scum sucking git who helped wreck my marriage and shooting at that, however my step son also goes to the same club and would no doubt report it back to STBX what I was doing.

Mind you I think it would be well worth taking a little grief. Just for the pleasure of burying an easton xx75 arrow in the gits head, even if it was just a photo. It would fill me with an enormous sense of well being.

Oh I should point out that last post was VERY much tongue in cheek. I am NOT violent in any way shape or form.

Just setting the record straight :)

Quite apart from the archery I am still going to the Sci-Fi Weekender in Wales. Booked it up last year, when STBX was still a semi reasonable human being. So got VIP memberships, though this time I am going on my own and I am determined to have a bloody good time of it.

Just found out that the Australian actress Virginia Hey is going to be there. Got rather excited about that and I think I may well have peed a little bit... And Chase Masterson from Deep Space Nine too. So I am going to get my photo taken with some sexy actress ladies and post them all over facebook. :)
