Well, i just make a big shepherds pie, put it in the fridge & live off it for 3 days. Or i make a nice beef stew with lots of veggies & that saves me cooking for a few days lol
Gosh i used to cook every day when i was married, actually loved it, & baking too lol

Actually... just quickly, I have an autistic spectrum child...bordering on aspergers they say... anyway... he's very picky about food... BUT... if I say... right m******... I'm cooking rice, with lovely chicken (he likes chicken) and I'm going to dress it with soy sauce, thats like salt ... he'll actually be more up for it, he loves carrots, so i can put that in his meal too.

Thanks to you all for your responses. The awards are as follows:

Close runner up goes to Bluefairy for some great info.

In 3rd place Hawaythelad - If I make enough trips to the fridge for a lager I won't care about the food!

In 2nd place goes to Sun13, I will try actually being able to taste the pasta!

And the winner is.............. Zara2008 for the recipe that fitted the requested criteria and interested me the most. Here's your GF star, which being in Goofyfoot theme is shaped like a surfboard.
