Well done Ruby :cheer::cheer:

I woke up new years day i just had this urge to stop .Nothing to do with new year or anything .

Day 1)I lasted til 7pm and then i could not handle the panic attack any longer so had 2 puffs of my bf cig .Then had one about 9pm not good im affraid but i thought well atleast i cut down.;)

Day 2) Started on electris cig Wow no fags that day.:cheer:

Day 3)Just the electic cig.:cheer:

Day 4)Really hard felt a failure before i was a failure .Going mad arguing with myself in my head.One part of me saying "just give up have a fag you cant do it" then the other half of my brain said" yes i can shut up i can give up i can i can i can!!LOL!! aaahhhh this went on all day that evening i had two.:blush:

Day 5)Today lasted all day then had big arguement with teenage son about me not affording the gym for him anymore he told me i dont care about him i tried to explain about my finances that i cant afford cause of debt im in from divorce etc etc i got upset felt bad then now feel worse as it drove me to smoke one after another so ive had about 6 in the last 2 hours aaaahhhhh !!!

Ok try again tomorrow its so so hard:(
ok thats my confession lol!

well done you. For being either one of the coffin nails or being off the cigs :-).. no seriously well done. Keep it up its a terrible habit and soon you will not even be able to smoke in your car. A big pat on the back to you.
