We've already split up most things, but am extremely worried about the custody of my animals. I've even had to go so far as print off an email of his where he tells someone that the dog is mine.

I did find out that he had a real panic about his stereo, I did contemplate taking the speakers and just leaving him the stereo but I thought that might be quite mean.

It also seems that he feels he should have custody of all the money, does this count??

My now-ex put the bill for his vasectomy reversal on his form E.

As we'd been discussing having children soon before he left me, I thought that was a nice touch.

There is a member on here and their partner;s ex put her boob job on the list. Bet the judge had a good time examining those cases!!!!

(recent divorce news) Husband is asking for his kidney back that he donated to his lovely wife, otherwise she would have died.
She got better and bu**ered off. Well, suppose you could day if he had not saved her life, she would not gone on to have an affair. Weird. Will keep my eye on that one.

Told my stbx he can have the surround sound and he's welcome to take the cat as the cat seems to be the only one left that likes him as our friends have disowned him...Least then he can listen to music really loud and can tell all his dirty secrets to the cat and know they won't go any further...

DIdn't seem very greatful for the suggestion?? And there's me being so generous lol

I have to admit to have a blazing row with my stbx, the first time we separated, over a set of Douglas Adams' books.
The books, well read, battered and falling apart, were actually passed onto me by my brother when were in our teens. My ex decided that they were his.

For some reason, this made me see red and I refused point blank to let him take them! Considering the fact that I have not read them for about 20years and don't even know where there are right now (with me tho, thats what counts!), I was surprised at my tenacity.

At least we were arguing over the important things then!

On my first divorce (I have had 3 btw  )

My ex thought it right and fair to take the outside tap as he hadnt long fitted it.....why would he want the outside tap I really didnt understand oh and he also took the timers that were set for the economy 7 to work but not the heaters, anyway this was a rented house and when I decided to move I did offer him the house back, but he had to get it aproved by the landlord. It was aproved so I removed the whole kitchen...well I did pay for it myself, I left him the sink lol. He was hopping mad, well if he hadnt taken the outside tap and timers, I would have left the kitchen.

Apart from the infamous 8 black bin bags of clothes left unceremoniously in the garage!
My ex missus said she thought i should have some stuff from the house to set up my new flat with.
On going around with her she universally let me have every thing I had bought myself and brought from my flat 10 years previously.
Bedding, towels, crockery,Right down to the salt and pepper pot.
EVERYTHING WAS FROM MY FLAT!!!

She was really good like that!!! lol

If only she'd continued that theory and let me keep all the other stuff I'd bought on my own like the house, the car all the furniture in the house where her and bazza now reside.I just can't understand it!lol

I couldn't quite bring myself to say thank you lol xx

All the best
Pete xx
