Has anyone got experience of the SW Regional divorce centre? My form A was finally accepted 22/9, after being received 3 wks prior, it went before the judge on the 23rd. I''ve now been told it is ''on the shelf'' (please can someone get it off the shelf and do something with it!) and it could be another 4 weeks before dates are allocated. Now I may not be the most patient person but my stbx is refusing contact with the children, refusing to acknowledge any correspondence on the divorce or financial split so it is all being dragged out.
