Well everything is filed with court for Final Hearing next Tuesday 7th November.

Let's hope I get a judge who doesnt think I should be homeless while ex and partner live in a large mortgage free home like the judge at FDR did.

I would like to thank the wikivorce help line for suggesting a barrister.

The lady who has been helping me prepare has been amazing and I couldn't has hoped for someone better.

Let's hope the judge takes account of what she has to say.

Fingers crossed for you. With a barrister on your side you won't be bullied into an unfair settlement.

In my experience (limited to only my case) all the judges I saw considered housing needs above all else.

Thank you Luna
Let's hope I get a judge with a similar mindset to yours.
It is a Final Hearing so I believe it will all be down to the judge not an agreement we can work out between us .
