Thank you - I understand that but they are hoping that if they apply enough pressure they they will get a result. Just not going to happen. They have actually put it in one of his statements submitted to court. His solicitor also confirmed it before this when in consultation with my old solicitor.

I wonder what difference the actuary report will make to the CETV of his pension etc? What kind of settlement will there be...
