Hi guys

D10 et al arrived in the post this morning. For me seems quite straight forward other than I have a question re: Q 7 Even if you do not intend to defend the case do you object to paying the costs of the proceedings? If so, what grounds? Ex has verbally agreed to pay all costs so what should I put here?

Also, are finances always looked at or does Form B have to be raised for this to be done? Our case in pretty much sorted already as been through mediation/sep agreement etc. But just wondering if finances are still looked at even so?

Any advice would be great. Thanks as always xxx
