I have never received the correct amount, ex pays £240 rather than £380pm.
I had nothing for 2 years.
Is it only CMS who would deal with this? Would it be dealt with by court when dealing with financial settlement?

From your other post, I'm guessing this is child maintenance. There's a very simple formula and a website that will take you through the process of making a CMS claim and it may be better to put in a CMS claim than try to go through the court to get child maintenance as you can just make the application online yourself today rather than need any support to do that and later on if you go to court you could formalise that figure that as well.
