How do you cope with stress?

Most of us get stressed at some time or another, especially when we're juggling the demands of work, family, home plus coping with a breakup. We all find a different way to beat it - what worked for you? Was it counselling, meditation, change of diet and lifestyle or something as simple as a change of outlook? We'd like to know.

We're looking for women (sorry guys!) who have children and work, who have suffered from stress but have not gone to their GP about it, but have found their own way of coping. If you're wiling I'd need to take up a half hour or so of your time with a telephone interview, and you'd need to be up for a photo shoot over the next couple of weeks.
