Aww hun I do feel for you - I had to move back to my mum's while I had some building work done. Despite the fact I had a 10 yo, a law degree and was at bar school, I wasn't allowed house keys on the basis I was that dim I would probably lose them!

Try to keep your chin up - and save furiously for a deposit on something (anything!).
