What about the situation where the absent parent is all too ready to condemn the PWC and berate them to all who will listen but then make no effort at all to see the children despite the said PWC being all too willing to encourage contact and bend over backwards to try and accomodate.

It seems to come down to communication, it becomes all impossible when one party will not communicate with the other

I have been denied all access and new injunctions have been issued on only the word of the mother...ironically who used to be a TV script medical writer...therefore with a skill to elaborate wildly on the truth...
Having won our case (which took 3 years) in one jurisdiction she has now moved to the UK and has :( begun all over again...denying all access and having parental responsibility revoked....
